The brewers Klaus Feistritzer and Alois Planner started brewing beer almost 15 years ago in their parents' kitchen with a stock pot and cloths for straining. Today, the two are among the elite of the craft beer scene and have been awarded numerous prizes for their unusual beer varieties. Around the world, they win awards with creative interpretations of a classic drink that sometimes is made of more than just hops and malt. In 2018, they released the first non-alcoholic Pale Ale in Austria. Junior beer sommelier Sabrina shows you how beer brewing is done here.
