Kitchen secrets? No way! There are not many culinary artists who let others look into their saucepans as easily and naturally as the Slow Food chefs. The reason for this may be that they regard their knowledge as a cultural heritage that they want to pass on with love and care, and thus preserving it for future generations. Like Ingeborg and Gudrun Daberer, who like to introduce their guests to the art of "Crimping".  

Our tip: Take your time, enjoy, lean back and, if possible, take a piece of this deliberate slowness home with you!
