Quality guarantee

In keeping with Slow Food's motto "GOOD - CLEAN - FAIR", the guidelines for implementing the objectives and measures are described further in a detailed Slow Food Travel Handbook.

It contains criteria for food production in accordance with the Slow Food principles, as well as the specific criteria for food production, criteria for catering and accommodation establishments and for training and education activities. Instructions for events and the implementation of experiential and knowledge transfer activities complete the Slow Food Travel Handbook.
