Bio Hof Echt Kraß

As "studied" career changers, we have been managing the "Echt Kraß" organic farm in Kraß near Hermagor since 2015. In a wonderful sunny location, sheep of the old livestock breed "Bovec sheep" graze under the farm's own fruit trees. Sheep’s milk and fruit processing are our two main business pillars - but we have ideas and interests far beyond that. Since 2018, milk processing has been taking place at the farm's own cheese dairy, which we built ourselves. Most of the cheese is refined with ingredients from our own vegetable and fruit garden and sold at our own farm shop every Friday afternoon.
