Gertrude Wastian manages an Angus mother cow farm together with her husband. She is a trained teacher of rural home economics. After leaving the teaching profession, she worked as a farmer's wife in nutrition therapy alongside her job. Various training courses in the field of herbs (FNL herbal expert, herbal pedagogy, green cosmetics), therapeutic fasting and as a seminar farmer enable her to pass on a lot of interesting information to interested people.
