Biohof Neuwirth

The Buchacher family from the Neuwirth organic farm in Gundersheim has been practicing organic farming on their approximately 80 hectares of agricultural and forestry land for more than 25 years. On 28 hectares of forage land, cows and goats graze, providing valuable raw materials for the production of farm-fresh foods. The Buchachers provide a special habitat for the approximately 40 goats of the Gundersheim farmers and 14 cows on the Gundersheim organic alpine pasture, which is free from artificial fertilizers, where the fresh alpine grass is the best feed for the livestock.
