Die Familie Buchacher vom Biohof Neuwirth in Gundersheim setzt seit mehr als 25 Jahren auf eine biologische Bewirtschaftung der rund 80 ha großen Land- und Forstwirtschaft. Auf 28 ha Futterfläche weiden Kühe und Ziegen, die zur Produktion von bäuerlichen Lebensmitteln wertvolle Rohstoffe liefern. Einen besonderen Lebensraum für die rund 40 Ziegen der Gundersheimer Bauern und 14 Kühe bieten die Buchachers auf der Gundersheimer Bio-Alm, die frei von Kunstdünger ist und wo das frische Almgras das beste Futtermittel für das Vieh ist.
