topic with sensory experts and are delighted to invite you to the workshops "Speaking Uniformly. Tasting Better". A professional taste training and sensory language.

Content:

  • Overview of the terms in sensory language
  • Tasting selected regional products
  • Describing aromas in correct sensory language
  • Collecting terms, sorting, evaluating, and defining for the products
  • Result: a common language for tasting
  • Creation of an aroma wheel
