Potato tower

Ingredients
  • Mealy potatoes
  • Gailtal Valley bacon PGI
  • An aromatic cheese
Potato tower

Preparation

Boil potatoes, peel and cut into three slices. Put strips of bacon between the potato slices and fix them with a wooden skewer. Put strips of cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

Simple, quick & delicious with regional products!
