Colourful potato salad
Preparation
Boil the potatoes in their skins and leave to cool. In the meantime, peel and chop the onions. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into slices. Heat up the soup, add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and add to the potatoes with the onions. Mix well, season to taste and sprinkle with chives.
