Bio-Hotel Daberer - Vital & Spa

Sigrid has been an integral part of the daberer.team for decades. And today it is impossible to imagine life without her. Organic food and an awareness of nature have accompanied Sigrid for just as long. More than 40 years ago, Inge and Willi Daberer turned the Sankt Daniel spa into an organic guesthouse. Pioneering thinking, passion and rethinking things have always been at the forefront for the Daberers. The consistent striving for the good, the genuine and the authentic is part of the hoteliers' family philosophy. Today, Marianne & Christian are running the hotel in 4th generation. A place with countless favourite places to feel good. Being active and doing things differently has also always been something Sigrid has experienced and been shaped by. In her free time, Sigrid is a passionate gatherer, hunter and loves to cook. She knows her way around the forest, the meadows and nature. She knows where to find forest treasures; how valuable food is and how to prepare it so that the taste is particularly good. Great and priceless - having Sigrid at the daberer.

Our herbal syrup

Our herbal syrup

Have you ever tried homemade elderflower juice? Or had a glass of honey wine or honey liqueur with dessert? How about a fine liqueur made from various fruits or a fine distillate made from pear or quince? For a typical Carinthian snack, a glass of Obstler (fruit schnapps) or a Zirbenschnaps (Swiss pine schnapps) is a must. The farmers have this and much more for you.
