Colourful potato salad

Ingredients
  • 200 g Ditta potatoes from the Zerza Farm
  • 200 g Violetta potatoes from the Zerza Farm
  • 200 g Rote Emmalie potatoes from the Zerza Farm
  • 2 onions
  • 0.25 l soup
  • 4 tbsp Zerza Farm quince vinegar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • Salt, pepper, chives
Colourful potato salad

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in their skins and leave to cool. In the meantime, peel and chop the onions. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into slices. Heat up the soup, add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and add to the potatoes with the onions. Mix well, season to taste and sprinkle with chives.
